Vehicle Theft Security System: Description

The Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS) is factory-installed standard equipment in this vehicle. The VTSS includes various standard and optional features, depending on market and sales codes, that provide protection against unauthorized ignition key (Finger Operated Button with Integrated Key (FOBIK) to start the engine or access the vehicle. The VTSS is comprised of the Sentry Key Immobilizer System (SKIS) and the Vehicle Theft Alarm (VTA).
