A new design individual Coil-on-Plug (COP) assembly high energy coils with A ground circuit to prevent any unintended discharge which could result in a misfire. Each COP:

Is used with each spark plug
Is mounted over the top of the spark plug installed in a cavity of the cylinder head
Consists of a:
- Coil assembly
- Primary electrical connector
- Secondary conductor
- Spark plug boot
