Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Position the PCR to the PCR bracket using two nuts (1) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  2. Connect both of the B+ eyelet terminals to the PCR using two nuts (4) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Connect the wire harness connector to the PCR.
  4. Install the PCR cover.
  5. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
  6. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
