Overhead DVD connectivity to the radio speaker system is enabled through an auxiliary media hub switch (1) located behind and below the media hub in the cubby bin of the floor console. This switch provides the right amount of audio signal boost to the radio to allow normal volume levels and to prevent static when playing the overhead DVD through the radio system.

The auxiliary media hub switch is continuously supplied powered by a fused B+ circuit from the Power Distribution Center (PDC). Ground is continuously supplied through an eyelet located on the right side of the floor console between the right front seat and floor console.

The auxiliary media hub switch cannot be adjusted or repaired. If ineffective or damaged it must be replaced.
