When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:
- All ignition positions.
- During the Passive Entry or Keyless Go event.
- Battery voltage is between 10.0 - 16.0 volts.
- Smart sensor (magnet) is present in the Door Handle cap.
