Theory Of Operation

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2022 Chrysler Voyager and 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The Body Control Module (BCM) receives the network communication message from the Radio Frequency (RF Hub) Module indicating run or accessory operation is requested. The BCM provides a voltage output through the Accessory Delay 2 Relay Control circuit to the coil side of the RUN/ACCESSORY 2 Relay in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) Assembly. A ground path for the RUN/ACCESSORY 2 Relay is provided through the PDC Assembly.
