When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Engine running.
System voltage between 10.0 and 16.0 volts.
No CAN Bus DTCs present.
Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) Module is not in Plant-Mode.
ESP is not in diagnostic mode.
ACC is enabled and engaged.
