Set Condition

- The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is not valid.
- The Stored VIN does not match the VIN transmitted over the CAN Bus.
- Stored vehicle information (vehicle line, model year, body style, engine displacement, country code, etc.) does not match vehicle information transmitted over the CAN Bus.
