Theory Of Operation

The Driver Presence Detection Module (DPDM), seat cushion, bladder, vent and heater mat are calibrated as one unit in the assembly plant. If this DTC is active, the seat assembly plant did not calibrate the DPDM or the seat assembly plant did not calibrate the Service DPDM/Foam kit or the Re-zero process failed.
