The IPC is used in the ACC system for displaying visual, auditory, and textual messages to the driver of the vehicle for the ACC system.
Inputs
- ACC warning display telltale requests from the DASM
- ACC system operation display information telltale requests from the DASM
- Vehicle configuration parameters from the BCM
- Cruise Control Set speed display from the DASM
Outputs
- Visual, auditory, and textual messages to the vehicle operator
