The RVC is the device used for Driver assistance which shows the video image of the area behind the vehicle. Its function is to provide a real time, wide angle video image of the area behind the vehicle and display it to the operator when the vehicle is in reverse, or for a short period of time in any other gear when an activation button is pressed. The RVC also provides the capability for trailer hitch zoom, allowing the operator to see a close up image of the vehicle's hitch during maneuvers involving a trailer.
