Theory Of Operation

The Body Control Module (BCM) receives the network communication message from the Radio Frequency (RF Hub) Module indicating run/start operation is requested. The BCM provides a voltage output through the Run/Start Relay Control circuit to the coil side of the RUN/START Relay in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) Assembly. A ground path for the RUN/START Relay is provided through the PDC Assembly.
