Removal And Installation: Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  2. Remove the right front tire and wheel assembly. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  3. Disconnect the wire harness connector (1) at the actuator.
  4. Remove the actuator mounting fasteners (2a) and separate the actuator (2b) from the Power Transfer Unit (PTU).
