Damper, Vibration: Installation

- Verify that the friction shim (1) is in position on the front of the crankshaft sprocket.
- Install the damper (1), washer (2) and NEW
bolt (3) on the crankshaft.
- Use the (special tool #2054400090, Holder, Front Damper 4 Finger SHALLOW) (2) and tighten the damper bolt to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
- Install the right front wheelhouse inner splash shield and tire and wheel assembly. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to INSTALLATION .
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
