Insulator, Engine Mount, Right: Installation

  1. Install the right engine mount insulator (1) to the frame rail with the bolts (3) hand tight.
  2. Install the right engine mount insulator strut tower bolt (2) hand tight.
  3. Install the isolator to bracket bolts (5, 6) hand tight.
  4. Tighten the isolator to strut tower bolt (2) to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
  5. Tighten the insulator to the frame rail bolts (3) to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
  6. Align the right isolator with the mark (4) made during removal and tighten the forward bolt (5) to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
  7. Tighten the remaining bolts (6) to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
  8. Install the air cleaner body. Refer to INSTALLATION  .
  9. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .
  10. If equipped, install the skid plate. Refer to PLATE, SKID, SIDE, INSTALLATION .

  11. Position the negative battery cable (2) to the transmission (3). Install the fastener (1) and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to (TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS ).
  12. Install the left front wheel house splash shield. Refer to INSTALLATION .
  13. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
