Shield, Underbody: Removal

NOTE:

Right side shown, left side typical.

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
  2. Remove the push pin fasteners (4).
  3. Remove the nuts (3) and bolts that secure the underbody shield (1) to the vehicle underbody (2).
  4. Remove the underbody shield (1) from the vehicle.
