Camera, Rear: Installation
NOTE:
Use care when installing the rear view camera as to not scratch the lens surface.
- Place the camera on the mounting bosses and verify proper alignment before installing the screws.
- Install the camera fasteners (1) and tighten them securely.
- Connect the wire harness connector (1).
- Install the liftgate trim panel. Refer to PANEL, TRIM, INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
- Inspect the camera lens and clean if necessary.
