Motor, Window Regulator: Removal
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Remove the door interior trim panel. Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL
, or Refer to PANEL, REAR DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL
for the appropriate procedure.
- Disconnect the power window motor electrical connector (3).
- Remove the fasteners (2) that secure the power window motor and gear assembly (1) to the carrier plate and remove the motor and gear assembly.
