Shroud, Steering Column, Lower: Removal

  1. Push the column tilt lever downward.

  2. Remove the lower shroud screws (1), (3).
  3. Separate the lower steering column shroud (2) from the upper steering column shroud by pressing on the edges of the shrouds.
  4. Disengage the gap hider from the lower steering column shroud.
  5. Disconnect the wire harness routing clip (1) from the lower steering column shroud.
  6. Remove the lower steering column shroud.
