Air Cleaner: Removal

- Disconnect the quick coupling (1) of the fresh air make up hose from the clean air hose.
- Loosen the captured screws (2) from the air cleaner body cover (3).
- Lift the air cleaner body cover and remove the air cleaner element (1).CAUTION:
Do not use compressed air to clean out the air cleaner housing without first covering the air inlet to the throttle body. Dirt or foreign objects could enter the intake manifold causing engine damage.
- Remove any dirt or debris from the bottom of the air cleaner body.
