Position the pulley (2b) on the shaft of the generator, use special tool on the pulley splines and a hexagonal wrench (1a) on the generator shaft, and securely tighten the pulley to the generator shaft using the hexagonal socket (2a).

Install the pulley cover (1).
Install the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
