Module, Heated Seat (HSM): Description

The Heated Seat Module (HSM) (1) is designed to use the Controller Area Network-Interior High Speed (CAN-IHS) data bus messages from the U-Connect Touch™ screen module to operate the optional front heated seats, front vented seats and the heated steering wheel. The HSM has multiple electrical connector outlets (2) and three retaining tabs (3 and 4) that secure it to a bracket mounted to the underside of the front passenger seat.
