Diagnostic Test

REPLACE DRIVER PRESENCE DETECTION MODULE (DPDM)) 

1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, erase and read DPDM DTCs.
   WARNING:

   Turn the ignition off disconnect the 12-volt battery and wait two minutes before proceeding. Failure to follow these instructions may result in possible serious or fatal injury.

   When this code is set, view repair.

   Repair 

   • Replace the Driver Presence Detection Module in accordance with Service Information. Refer to MODULE, DRIVER PRESENCE DETECTION (DPDM), REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

   • Perform the Driver Presence Detection Module (DPDM) verification test. Refer to  DRIVER-PRESENCE-DETECTION-MODULE-(DPDM)-VERIFICATION-TEST  .
