Removal And Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable(s). Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
2. Remove the mirror cover. Refer to MIRROR, REARVIEW, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Remove the Driver Assistance System Module (DASM) (3) wire harness connector (4).
4. Remove the screws (1) securing the DASM to the bracket and remove the module from the vehicle.

5. Remove the two DASM bracket nuts (2), two push pin fasteners (1) and remove the DASM bracket (3) from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION 

1. Position the DASM bracket in the vehicle and install the two nuts, and two push pin fasteners. Tighten the nuts securely.
2. Position the DASM to the bracket and install the two screws and tighten securely.
3. Connect the wire harness connector.
4. Install the mirror cover. Refer to MIRROR, REARVIEW, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
5. Connect the negative battery cable(s). Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
