Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC

Ignition on, engine not running.
With the scan tool, select view DTCs.
Does the scan tool display this DTC as active?

Yes
- Perform the U1106-88-CAN C SIGNAL MISSING - BUS OFF diagnostic procedure. Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING .
No
- Perform the STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS diagnostic procedure. Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS .
