Link, Stabilizer Bar: Installation
NOTE:
When the stabilizer bar or links are serviced it is recommended that a drive on hoist is used. If the suspension is hanging, there will be tension on the stabilizer bar.
- Position the stabilizer link, install the stabilizer link to lower control arm bolt/nut (5) and tighten to 110 N.m (81 ft. lbs.).
- Install the stabilizer link to stabilizer bolt/nuts (1) and tighten to 90 N.m (66 ft. lbs.).
- Install the two stabilizer bar to cradle bolts and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
- Remove the supports and lower the vehicle.
