Bearing, Steering Column: Description
NOTE:
Specific instructions must be followed when putting the steering column bearing (1) together with the steering column bearing housing (2).
The steering column bearing (1) is contained within the steering column bearing housing (2) which is bolted to the cowl as a seal and steering shaft stabilizer to reduce steering wheel vibration. If the bearing (1) needs serviced the steering column bearing housing (2) must also be replaced. Refer to HOUSING, STEERING COLUMN BEARING, REMOVAL .
