Motor, Window Regulator: Removal

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the door interior trim panel (2). Refer to PANEL, DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL . for the appropriate procedure. Refer to PANEL, REAR DOOR TRIM, REMOVAL .

  3. Disconnect the power window motor electrical connector from the motor electrical connector receptacle (3).
  4. Remove the three fasteners (4) that secure the power window motor and gear assembly (2) to the carrier plate (1) and remove the motor and gear assembly.
