Radiator, Engine Cooling: Installation: 3.2L

1. Position the radiator (2) into the lower mounts and engage the upper radiator isolators (1) to the mount.

2. Install the upper right side radiator mount cover (2) and tighten the two bolts (1) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS 3.2L .
3. Install the upper left side radiator mount cover (2) and tighten the two bolts (1) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS 3.2L .

4. Install the condenser to the radiator and tighten the three bolts (1) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS 3.2L .

5. Install the lower A/C condenser bolts and tighten to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
6. Install the bolt (1, 2) securing the liquid and the discharge line assembly to the condenser. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .

7. Install the transmission cooler (2) and tighten the bolts to (1) the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS 3.2L .
8. Install the cooling fan. Refer to FAN, COOLING, INSTALLATION .

9. Connect the lower radiator hose (1).
10. Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
11. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector.
