Sensor, Exhaust Pressure: Installation: Diesel

1. If removed, ensure the exhaust pressure sensor tube is clean and not plugged.
2. If removed, install the exhaust pressure sensor tube. Tighten the bolt (2) to 11 N.m (8 ft. lbs.).

3. If required, using NEW  sealing washers install the banjo bolt (2) securing the exhaust pressure sensor tube (1) to exhaust manifold. Tighten the banjo bolt to 28 N.m (21 ft. lbs.).

4. Install a NEW  O-ring seal onto exhaust pressure sensor.

5. Install the exhaust pressure sensor (1) and tighten to 14 N.m (10 ft. lbs.).

6. Connect the exhaust pressure sensor wire harness connector (1).

7. Install the cowl extension (1) and the side extensions (2, 5) Refer to SILENCER, COWL EXTENSION, INSTALLATION .
8. Install the air cleaner body and air tube. Refer to AIR CLEANER BODY INSTALLATION .

9. Install the engine cover (1).
10. Connect the negative battery cable.
