2 - OXYGEN SENSOR CONNECTOR

3 - BALL FLANGE NUT

NOTE:

Left side shown, right side similar.

1. Position the catalytic converter onto the exhaust manifold flange, and install ball flange nuts (3) finger tight.
2. Support the catalytic converter pipe with a suitable jack.
3. Connect the O2S sensor electrical connectors (2).

4. Position the catalytic converter exhaust pipe and install the nut and spring assembly (1) to the muffler assembly flange (2).
5. Tighten the exhaust manifold ball flange nuts to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
6. Tighten the catalytic converter exhaust pipe nut and spring assembly to the proper specification. Refer to TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS .
7. Lower the vehicle.
8. Connect the negative battery cable.
9. Start the engine and check for exhaust leaks.
