Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC 

1. Turn the ignition on.
2. With the scan tool, read MSMD DTCs.

   Is the DTC active?

   Yes 

   • Perform the diagnostic test procedure for Can Interior Bus. Refer to BODY CONTROL MODULE (BCM) - DIAGNOSTIC CODE INDEX .

   No 

   • Perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure. Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS .
