Diagnostic Test

CHECK FOR AN ACTIVE DTC

With the scan tool, read DTCs and record on the repair order, then erase DTCs.
Turn the ignition off for at least 10 seconds, then turn the ignition on.
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Is the DTC active?

Yes
- Perform the No Response From Radio diagnostic procedure. Refer to NO RESPONSE FROM RADIO .
No
- Perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure. Refer to STORED LOST COMMUNICATION DTCS .
