3.0L Diesel

  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
  2. Drain the cooling system. Refer to DRAINING .
  3. Remove the generator. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the power cord from the engine block heater.

  5. Remove the bolt (1) and the engine block heater (2).
