Wiper activation controls on the steering column stalk.
The windshield (1st and 2nd speed) and rear window wipers can be activated via the controls on the steering column stalk.
The control on the steering column stalk is electrically connected to the BCM. This receives MUX signals (different levels of resistance according to the position of the lever) from the steering column stalk.
The BCM controls the windshield and rear window wiper motors directly.
The BCM activates the electric pump of the washer pump circuit in accordance with the command from the steering column stalk.
