Radiator, Engine Cooling: Removal: 3.2L
- Remove the engine cover.
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), disconnect the IBS connector first before disconnecting the negative battery cable.
- Drain the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Disconnect the lower radiator hose from the radiator.
- Remove the hood latch. Refer to LATCH, HOOD, REMOVAL

- Separate the side air deflectors (2) from the upper radiator closeout panel (1).
- Disconnect the cooling fan wire harness connector (4).
- Disconnect the ambient air temperature sensor wire harness connector (5).
- Disconnect the horn wire harness connectors (6).
- Remove the hood release cable (3) from the air deflector.
- Remove the wiring harness (7) from the air deflector.
- Remove the fasteners and the upper radiator close out panel (1).
- Disconnect the A/C pressure switch wire harness connector.
- Remove the A/C fill port support bracket (2) and position aside.
- Remove the transmission cooler line support brace bolt (1).
- Separate the condenser from the radiator (1).
- Remove the upper radiator hose from the upper coolant cross over pipe.
- Remove the upper radiator mounts (1).
- Disconnect the wire harness connector (1) from the cooling fan module (2).
- Remove the radiator and fan assembly from the vehicle.
- If necessary, remove the upper radiator hose (2) from the radiator.
- If necessary, remove the fasteners (1) and separate radiator fan assembly from the radiator.
