Tube, Water Inlet: Installation: Installation

1. Install new O-ring seal onto the water tube elbow.
2. Lubricate the O-ring seal with coolant and install elbow into the back side of the water pump housing.
3. Install the mounting bolts (1) and tighten to 12 N.m (9 ft. lbs.).

4. Install the oil cooler hose (4).

5. Install the thermostat housing (4). Refer to THERMOSTAT, INSTALLATION .
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
