Battery supply voltage is greater than or equal to 9 volts.

Driving Conditions for stuck failure: 

Input speed is equal to 0 rpm.

Engine speed is greater than 400 rpm.

Shift lever position is in Drive.

Vehicle speed received from the BSM is greater than or equal to 50 km/h (31 mph).
