Set Condition
The failure is detected if the measured voltage of the input speed sensor circuit is between 0.1 of a volt and less than 0.2 of a volt for 2 seconds.
The failure is detected if the measured voltage of the input speed sensor circuit is between 0.1 of a volt and less than 0.2 of a volt for 2 seconds.
