Remove and discard the bushing (1) from the valve body.

Remove and discard the lip seal (1) from the transaxle case.

CAUTION:
Do not drop the pulley ratio linkage.
Remove the pulley ratio linkage (1) from the valve body.

Remove the return spring (1) from the valve body.
