2.0L Diesel EGT Sensor 1/2

  1. Install the Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) sensor 1/2 (1) and tighten to the proper specification. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Install the belly pan. Refer to BELLY PAN, INSTALLATION .

  3. Attach the EGT sensor wire (1) to the heat shield retainers (2).

  4. Install the EGT 1/2 wire (2) into the wire harness retainer (3) and close the retainer.
  5. Attach the EGT sensor 1/2 wire harness connector (4) to the bracket (5).
  6. Connect the EGT sensor 1/2 wire harness connector (1).
  7. Install the engine cover.
  8. Connect the negative battery cable. If equipped with an Intelligent Battery Sensor (IBS), connect the IBS connector to the negative battery cable.
