Sensor, Differential Pressure: Removal: Diesel

1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise and support vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
3. Remove the transmission skid plate. Refer to PLATE, SKID, TRANSMISSION, REMOVAL .
4. Detach the exhaust temperature sensors wire harness connectors (4, 6) and wire harness retainer (1) from bracket (5).
5. Disconnect the differential pressure sensor harness connector (2).
6. Remove bolts (3) and the differential pressure sensor with bracket (5).

7. Disconnect the differential pressure sensor hoses (1).

8. If necessary, remove mounting bolts (3) securing the differential pressure sensor tubing to transmission.
9. If necessary, remove the differential pressure sensor tubing (6) from the diesel particulate filter (4).
