SYMPTOM/CONDITION

If a customer's VIN is listed in VIP or your RRT VIN list, perform the repair.

REPAIR PROCEDURE

Replace the rear view mirror by follow the detailed procedure in DealerCONNECT/TechCONNECT 23 - Body - Interior > MIRROR, Rearview > Removal/Installation.
NOTE: Perform the Smartbeam System Calibration Procedure, (Refer to 08 - Electrical/8L > Lamps and Lighting/Lamps/Lighting > Exterior/SMART BEAM > Standard Procedure).
