Sensor, Fuel Temperature: Removal: Removal

  1. Remove the engine cover.
  2. Remove air inlet duct (2).
  3. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  4. Remove cooling fan assembly. Refer to FAN, COOLING, REMOVAL .

  5. Remove bolts (1) and the heat shield (2).

  6. Disconnect the fuel temperature sensor harness connector (2).
  7. Remove the fuel temperature sensor (1).
  8. Remove and discard sealing washer and O-ring.
