2.0L Diesel

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the engine cover (1).
  3. Drain the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .

  4. Remove the coolant hose (2) from the thermostat housing.
  5. Remove the upper radiator hose (1) from the thermostat housing.
  6. Remove the left charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose.

  7. Remove bolts (1) and the thermostat housing.
