Bottle, Pressurized Coolant: Installation: Diesel

1. Install the lower coolant hose (1) to pressurized coolant bottle (2).

2. Install the pressurized coolant bottle (2).
   • Tighten bolt (1) to 8 N.m (70 in. lbs.).
   • Tighten nut to 8 N.m (70 in. lbs.).

3. Install the coolant return hose (2) to top of pressurized coolant bottle (1).
4. Fill the cooling system. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
5. Connect the negative battery cable.
