Valve, Manifold Flow: Installation

- Make sure that slot in shaft is not damaged.
- Make sure that tab in valve is not damaged.
- Align tab in valve with slot in intake manifold shaft (2) and rotate valve counterclockwise until valve drops onto location pin mounting (1).
- Install mounting bolts (1) and tighten to 6 Nm (53 lbf-in.).
- Connect electrical connector (2).
- Install air tube.
- Connect negative battery cable.
