When Monitored

This diagnostic runs continuously when the following conditions are met:

Controller voltage between 9.0 and 16.0 volts.
Ignition is not in start mode and for 2 seconds after start mode.
After 5 seconds from controller power up.
Adjustable Pedals Motor is in active operation.
