Diagnostic Test

- VERIFY DTC IS ACTIVE
- Turn the ignition on.
- With the scan tool, read the active DTCs.
Does the scan tool display; U0199-00-LOST COMMUNICATION WITH DRIVER DOOR MODULE as active?
Yes
- Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING and perform the U0199-00-Lost Communication with Driver Door Module diagnostic procedure.
No
- Refer to DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING and perform the Stored Lost Communication DTCs diagnostic procedure.
