Pressure Hose

- Install the pressure hose (2) at the gear.
- Install pressure line (3) into pump. Thread pressure line tube nut into pump and tighten to 31 N.m (275 in. lbs.).

- Install the pressure hose mounting bolts (2) to the frame. Tighten to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).
- Install power steering belt. Refer to BELT, Serpentine, Installation
.
- Install the fan shroud.
- Install the washer/coolant reservoir assembly.
- Install air cleaner housing.
- Fill and bleed power steering system. Refer to Standard Procedure .
- Inspect for leaks.
